If you’re looking for exhaust ceramic coatings for a Harley, Cafe Racer, Classic Car, Daily Diver or anything else that isn’t car or motorcycle related, we will try our best to assist you in coating it. Our experience is extensive and our team of engineers and advisors will do their best to offer you the best ceramic coating solution available.
Are the ceramic coatings applied by a machine or a person?
Due to the nature of the application, it is a service that has to be applied by a human. Our highly experienced technicians will expertly apply the ceramic coating. Our aim is to offer the best service at the best price with the best quality. High-quality standards are part of our DNA.
Will the ceramic coating last forever?
Our ceramic coatings are very durable. Depending on the use of the car/bike, where it would be used and its external environment. The coating can change durability, affecting the life of the coating. We have customers who had ceramic coatings applied a long time ago and who have experienced no problems, including on motorbikes, where the exhausts are more exposed than on a car.
Can I send my parts to you? Do I need an order number?
You can send your parts to us, as long as they are well packaged and protected, and your contact details are included. Upon receipt, we will call you to confirm the order, take payment and make sure we know if there are any specific requirements in terms of masking. You don’t need an order to send the parts to us, but remember to include your:
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Preferred Ceramic Coating.
Are your ceramic coatings better for cars or bikes?
Our ceramic coatings offer the same benefits for both cars and motorcycles. Depending on what you are looking to achieve, we are happy to offer our expertise and provide information on which coatings are most suitable for your requirements.
How do I clean the coating?
The best way to clean the ceramic coating is with a damp cloth. You can use a light detergent if the coating is particularly dirty. Never use abrasive or chemical cleaners.
What is the difference between exhaust wraps and your exhaust ceramic coating?
Although exhaust wraps are readily available and carry some thermal barrier, they don’t last as long as ceramic coatings and are not a fit-and-forget solution like our ceramic coatings. Our coatings are durable and they offer an aesthetic finish that will last much longer than any exhaust wrap. Your car or bike will look cleaner and with several colours to choose from, you will get the “wow-factor@ that you can’t achieve with exhaust wraps.
Will your ceramic coatings give a boost in power to the engine?
Yes. Our ceramic coatings manage heat in the exhaust system, allowing gases to flow better which will improve the performance of the engine.
What thermal benefits do your ceramic coatings provide?
Our ceramic coatings are produced to give an enhanced look to your car/motorcycle while helping reduce the surface temperature. External testing has shown the reduction values in the order of 12-15% from our exhaust ceramic coatings range.
Do you coat turbos?
Yes, we ceramic coat turbo housings with our Standard and Volcanic ranges. We don’t recommend coating turbos with our Vibrant Colours range, as it’s suitable up to 425°C, which means it can be used for pipes, exhaust tips, under bonnet beautification and rocker covers.
What parts fo my exhaust system can be ceramic coated?

How thick is your ceramic coatings?
Our exhaust ceramic coatings have a thickness of 30-50microns. This means that you don’t have to mask any slip joints or flanges.
Can I apply this ceramic coating myself at home or in my own workshop?
Our exhaust ceramic coatings are applied by our expert technicians, who have years of experience, so we can guarantee the high standards of our coatings. All the OEM contracts we have won for top brands are in recognition of our ceramic coatings’ quality.
How do your ceramic coatings compare to a VHT paint?
We apply a polymer-ceramic coating which is a very different solution to VHT paint. Firstly, our solution is applied by our professional technicians, following our rigorous processes and utilising modern equipment. That’s why we provide a one-year warranty against any defects.
Do you attend exhibitions?

Can I drop off my parts to your facility?
Yes, customers are welcome to bring their parts directly to us, if this is not possible, we also offer a pick up & delivery service via our courier partners.
What is the application process of your ceramic coating?
We have a very straightforward process. You can send us the parts yourself, deliver them in person or take advantage of our collection service. We always prepare the surfaces prior to applying our ceramic coatings. You just need to disassemble all the moving parts that won’t need to be coated such as bolts, screws, and any removable parts. We start our process by preparing the surface to receive our ceramic coatings. We then apply the ceramic coating and cure it for four hours. When the cure is finished, all the parts are then inspected and if they’re not up to our high standards they will be re-coated and cured, once again. Once they pass inspection, they are packaged in bubble wrap to protect the parts and are dispatched back to you.

Are your coatings expensive?
We have the most competitive prices in the UK. We have carefully priced our ceramic coatings, combining our extremely durable quality along with a honest and fair price.
Do you only do one-off jobs? I have a company and wondered if you can do some work for me?
Yes. We deal with retail customers as well as OEM and aftermarket partners. Please contact us to discuss your requirements further.
How long does the process take?
Our standard turnaround time is 10 working days.
Do you need me to mask any areas of my parts?
No, we do not need you to mask any of the parts. If you have special masking instructions or requirements such as badges not to be coated etc., let us know and we will take care of the rest.
Do you need me to send the parts to get sand blasted?
No. As part of our process, we always prepare the surface prior to applying the ceramic coating. This is how we prepare new parts as well as used.
I have a used exhaust system, can you still ceramic coat it?
We can apply our exhaust ceramic coatings to new and used parts, even old and rusty parts. Giving them a new lease of life.
What materials can you apply your ceramic coatings to?
We apply our ceramic coatings to most metals:

We can also apply our coatings to Inconel, carbon composite materials and plastics.
Can I order a sample?
The best way to choose is to get advice from us. We can then arrange for some samples to be sent to you (cost of £10 per colour + VAT) for you to decide. If you go ahead with a coated solution, the cost of the sample will be deducted from your order. Contact us for more info.
